I customize every massage to meet your bodies individual needs using various massage modalities. Below are listed the various techniques I am trained in, as well as add-on services for your massage.
Swedish
This method focuses on muscle relaxation. Targeting superficial muscles and increasing blood circulation.
Deep Tissue
Involves applying consistent pressure using slow deep strokes. Which targets the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues. This can aid in breaking up scar tissue and easing chronic pain.
Prenatal
Similar to Swedish, except for a few modifications with body positioning, which ensures the safety and comfort of both mother and baby.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is a form of massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is used to target trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems, and repetitive movement injuries.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage massage relieves swelling caused by medical treatment or illness. This is done by gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph fluid move to an area with working lymph vessels.
Chair Massage
Chair massages focus on the high tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands with a time span of 10 to 15 minutes per person. This can be booked for corporate events, festivals, bridal showers etc. with 2 hour minimum time frame.
